I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. All orders placed before 1 pm Monday-Friday are processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed on Fridays after 1pm (EST) will be processed and shipped the next l-2 business day. Also, Orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. Can I get a refund if the items are damaged?

Yes, you can. We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense; once we have received the damaged product(s) we will issue a refund accordingly. Please email us support@lightinjar.com for your RMA number. We are not responsible for items sent back to us without RMA numbers.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already shipped, you are responsible for the cost to return the items back to us. If any items are damaged on the way back to us, you are also responsible for the cost of those items.
